This is your chance to enjoy a packed lunch full of fun! A national Lunchtime Learnathon is being set up as part of Learning@Work Day on 22 May ALL over Wales people will be taking a break from the norm to learn something new. So how does it work? Simple. All you have to do is arrange a fun, lunchtime learning session at work for you and your work mates. Remember the key word is fun!

What is the 'lunchtime learnathon'?

Many businesses have told us that it is more practical to setup a learning session during lunch, when the phones are quieter and everyone has some spare time. So, we have ste up our national 'lunchtime learnthon'. Go on take a break from the norm to learn something new with your staff at lunch!

Arrange a lunchtime learning session at work

Like all good things in life, someone has to take the lead to make it happen. So, how about you? We promise it will be very easy to set up. You can either find a local learning provider to come in and deliver a taster course for a small fee - some will even do it for free. Or you can tap into the skills around you. Is there a colleague with a special talent willing to share their knowledge? It could be the office IT whizz kid, or someone who's good at art or speaks another language.
